The Zassenhaus acacia wood cutting board combines excellent quality with unique aesthetics. The models of this base have been designed in collaboration with Kurz Kurz Design, offering not only beauty but also durability. The acacia wood comes from sustainable plantations, ensuring long-lasting use and durability. The "end grain" (fiber cutting) technique offers particular advantages, as the wood is cut crosswise to the trunk and then reconstituted into pieces. This technique ensures that the base can withstand high stress and maintain its appearance over a long period of time, as the wood fibres absorb moisture and restore the new cuts. The Zassenhaus cutting stand is ideal for cutting meat or presenting cold cuts and cheeses.
